Scholars Embrace Computer Science and Coding at January Reunion

On Saturday, January 27th, Hudson Scholars hosted an enriching afternoon of coding and tech-themed activities for our middle school Scholars. The event, meticulously planned by Hackley’s Computer Science teacher, Kelly Powers, was a resounding success. Guided by our Upper School mentors, the Scholars dived into a series of educational, hands-on, and enjoyable activities, immersing themselves in coding, critical thinking, and collaboration. The reunion showcased the essence of Hudson Scholars: a dedication to fostering a love for learning, curiosity, teamwork, and community. It also provided a platform for our mentors to demonstrate leadership and serve as inspiring role models. Filled with discovery, creativity, and joy, the day left everybody excited for our next reunion!
